Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Tele Caller to support our admissions and student engagement activities. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, counseling prospective students, and providing accurate information about academic programs.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a student-centric approach, and prior experience in handling education-related tele calling or admissions support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents regarding courses, admissions, and inquiries
• Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information about academic programs and institutional offerings
• Counsel students and guide them through the admission process
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and walk-ins
• Maintain call records, student data, and follow-up status in CRM/Excel
• Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams for smooth conversions
• Achieve daily/weekly call targets and admission support goals
• Ensure professional and courteous communication at all times
