We are seeking an experienced Telesales Team Leader to manage and support a team of Relationship Advisors. The role focuses on achieving sales conversions, monitoring team performance, and ensuring high-quality customer interactions.

• Lead and manage a telesales team to meet conversion and revenue targets
• Monitor daily KPIs, including conversion rate, call quality, daily connects, and productivity
• Conduct coaching, training, and performance reviews to develop team capabilities
• Ensure high-quality customer interactions and adherence to company guidelines
• Handle escalations and resolve customer concerns in line with data privacy standards
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales trends
• Prepare reports, manage team schedules, and ensure operational discipline
  

• Conversion Rate and Revenue Achievement
• Average Revenue per Advisor (ARPA)
• Daily Connects and Lead Utilization
• Call Quality and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)
• Compliance and CRM Accuracy
• Team Target Achievement and Coaching Effectiveness
  

• 57 years of telesales or call center experience, with at least 2 years in a team leader role
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi; regional languages are a plus
• Experience in consultative selling, subscription sales, or consumer services is preferred
• Ability to coach, motivate, and manage team performance in a fast-paced environment
