Telesales Team Lead

Job Description

Pension Bazaar is looking for a Telesales Team Lead to manage a team of inside sales executives handling inbound and outbound calls. The role involves driving sales performance, monitoring call quality, and ensuring achievement of operational and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a telesales / inside sales voice process team
• Monitor inbound and outbound call performance and productivity
• Ensure achievement of team sales targets and conversion goals
• Track key call center metrics such as AHT, quality scores, shrinkage, and attrition
• Conduct call monitoring, coaching, and feedback sessions
• Handle team escalations and support agents in resolving customer queries
• Maintain daily MIS reports and team performance dashboards

Key Requirements

• Minimum 45 years of experience in Voice Process / Telesales / Inside Sales
• Inside Sales Team Lead experience is mandatory
• At least 2 years of team handling experience
• Experience in inbound and outbound calling processes
• Strong understanding of call center metrics such as AHT, shrinkage, and attrition
• Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills
• Graduation is mandatory
