Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located at Sewri (walking distance from Sewri station) in Mumbai for a Tele-Sales Team Lead. The Tele-Sales Team Lead will oversee and manage a team, drive sales strategies, monitor daily operations, and engage with clients to provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep experience of tele-sales techniques, and the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their goals.Responsibilities also include setting performance goals for the team, analyzing sales data, and working collaboratively to achieve targets and exceed expectations.


Qualifications

5 - 6 years of relevant experience in education, insurance, SAAS, events telesales or sales

2 years experience as team lead with at least 3-4 members

Highly organized, target-oriented, and capable of managing multiple prospects in a sales funnel

Proficiency in using CRM software, Dialler, sales reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications

Leadership qualities such as problem-solving, prioritisation, and conflict resolution skills

Bachelors degree in business, management, or a related field.
