Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Work Timings: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Telecaller Sales with a strong background in outbound sales calling. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to build rapport with customers, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate sales.
• Explain products/services, including features and benefits, to potential clients.
• Follow up on leads and maintain regular contact with customers.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain and update the customer database/CRM with accurate information.
• Handle customer queries, concerns, and objections in a professional manner.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in telecalling / telesales / sales calling.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic computer skills; knowledge of CRM tools will be an added advantage.
