As we expand, we are looking for amotivated Telecalling Specialistto help us connect with potential clients and strengthen our sales pipeline.


Role Overview

As aTelecalling Specialist, you will be thefirst point of contact for prospective clients. Your role will be to engage with key decision-makers such asHR Heads, Admin Managers, and Procurement Leaders, introduce VSG Indias services, understand their security requirements, and schedule meetings for the senior sales team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoysbuilding conversations that convert into business opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective clients including residential societies, corporate offices, and commercial complexes

Present VSG Indias services clearly and professionally

Identify and connect with key decision-makers

Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team

Maintain call records, leads, and follow-ups in CRM / Excel

Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead handover

Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, and meetings


Candidate Profile

Experience:

13 years in telecalling, telesales, or lead generation (B2B preferred)

Communication:

Fluent inEnglish and Hindi

Technical Skills:

Basic knowledge ofMS Excel, Email, and CRM tools

Personality:

Confident, self-driven, persistent, and growth-oriented

Preferred Industry Exposure:

Security services, facility management, or real estate
