Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Telesales Specialist. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for effectively reaching out to potential clients via phone calls, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate customer records, handling customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer support, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and collaborating with the team to refine sales strategies while delivering excellent service.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Customer Support skills to maintain professional and responsive interactions with clients.
- Strong Communication skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Sales and persuasion skills to achieve and surpass sales goals.
- Experience in Training, or willingness to learn for the purpose of skill enhancement and effective task execution.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the team and maintain a customer-focused approach.
- Previous experience in telesales or a related field is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is advantageous.
