We are hiring a Telesales Specialist for a full-time, on-site role at Unacademy Centre, Jaipur. In this role, you will be a key part of the admissions and enrollment process, engaging with prospective students and their parents to understand academic needs and recommend suitable courses.

Your responsibilities will include making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, following up on leads, updating and managing records in the CRM system, and consistently achieving individual and team enrollment targets. You will also play an important role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for students throughout their enrollment journey.

• Excellent customer service and customer support skills to ensure a positive and professional experience for students and parents
• Strong communication skills, including active listening, clear articulation, and persuasive ability
• Proficiency in sales techniques and conversion strategies to meet and exceed enrollment targets
• Ability to assist in training or mentoring new team members will be an added advantage
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in telesales, education, or admissions is preferred but not mandatory
• Bachelors degree in any discipline or equivalent professional experience is desirable
