Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound marketing calls to generate and qualify leads

* Handle inbound inquiries related to marketing and business services

* Explain the company marketing servicesclearly to clients

* Follow up with interested prospects and nurture leads

* Maintain call records, follow-up status, and lead data

* Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for conversions

* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets

* Maintain a professional, polite, and persuasive calling style

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Telecaller in the marketing field

* Good communication skills with fluent English speaking ability

* Strong convincing, pitching, and negotiation skills

* Ability to handle client objections confidently
