Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist based in New Delhi. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, providing product information, and offering solutions tailored to client needs. The Telesales Specialist will actively engage with prospects, drive sales over the phone, and maintain relationships with existing customers. Additional tasks include maintaining accurate customer records and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Sales techniques and strategies
• At least 2 years of experience in the sale of Adobe or Microsoft licenses.
