Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Telesales Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for connecting with potential clients through phone calls, understanding their requirements, and promoting relevant services or educational programs. Daily tasks include building strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, providing customer support, and maintaining detailed records of interactions. The role also involves effectively communicating the value of DivyVastus services and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Customer Support skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Strong Communication skills, including active listening and persuasion
• Sales and Training skills to achieve targets and improve performance
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in utilizing CRM tools and maintaining accurate records
• Previous experience in telesales or a related field is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus
