Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a TeleSales Specialist (B2B) based in Hyderabad. The TeleSales Specialist sells wholesale products tothe U.S. -based halal markets, international grocery stores, and pet food stores . This role requires cold calling and warm-lead follow-up via phone and WhatsApp. This is a performance-based sales role, not a VA or customer support position.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to retail store owners and managers
- Perform cold calling and follow up on warm leads
- Present products, pricing tiers, and minimum order requirements
- Close orders and submit accurate order details
- Log all activity and outcomes in the company CRM / sales sheet
Activity Requirements
- Minimum 100 cold calls per week
- Consistent daily outbound activity (MonFri)
- Timely follow-up with interested leads
Sales Targets & Success Criteria
- Minimum sales target: $5,000 USD in collected revenue per month
Performance evaluated on:
- Revenue generated
- Orders closed
- Call volume & consistency
- CRM accuracy
- Failure to meet minimum activity or revenue expectations may result in termination.
Commission: If the target is achieved, a % of commission is paid monthly after the customer's payment is received
Sales Data & Ownership
- All customer lists, leads, sales data, and order history are theproperty of the company
- Data may not be copied, reused, or retained after termination
Requirements
- Fluent English (required)
- Arabic a plus
- Familiarity with the Google Suite and Shopify
- Sales lead generation tactics
- Ability to work during US hours
- Prior telesales or phone-based sales experience
- Comfortable with cold calling and rejection
- Reliable internet, phone access, and WhatsApp
