Responsibilities:

• Call and follow up with leads generated
• Explain products
• Record customer details and interest levels
• Forward qualified leads to the sales team
• Maintain call logs and reports

Requirements:

• Good communication in English, Telugu and Kannada
• 13 years experience in telecalling or customer service
• Basic computer and WhatsApp handling skills
• Motivated and target-oriented
