About us

Plum & Sugar is Bangalores ultra-luxury spalon with flagship outlets in HSR Layout. We run high-intent Meta & Google ad campaigns and need a hungry, polished salesperson to convert inbound leads into bookings and loyal clients.


Role summary

You will own lead conversion for both JP Nagar and HSR Layout: calling, persuading and closing leads generated by our digital campaigns. This is a phone-first B2C sales role that requires excellent spoken English, strong persuasion skills and a service mindset. Immediate joiners preferred.


Key responsibilities

- Call and follow up on inbound leads from Meta/Google/website/WhatsApp within the same working day.

- Qualify leads quickly (service interest, budget, preferred branch/time) and convert to scheduled appointments.

- Manage lead pipeline in our CRM (Zenoti/Google Sheets), update status and notes after every interaction.

- Coordinate with branch managers/stylists to confirm availability and follow through until appointment completion.

- Hit daily/weekly/monthly conversion and revenue targets; report performance to the Manager.

- Re-engage cold leads and run short follow-up campaigns (calls/WhatsApp) as needed.

- Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and campaign performance.

- Maintain polite, brand-consistent communication and handle simple objections (price, timing, competitor comparisons).


Required skills & experience

- 6 months - 3 years of phone sales / BDE / inside sales experience (preference for lead-conversion experience).

- Clear, neutral English - able to converse comfortably with varied accents.

- Excellent persuasion & objection-handling skills; confident on the phone.

- Comfortable using CRMs, Google Sheets and WhatsApp. Basic computer literacy required.

- High sense of ownership, punctuality and ability to work under targets.

- Immediate availability or notice period 15 days preferred.


Preferred

- Experience working with salon, beauty, wellness or service-industry leads.

- Familiarity with Zenoti or appointment booking systems.

- Prior experience converting paid digital ad leads.


KPIs / Targets (example)

- First contact made to new lead within 30 - 60 minutes (during working hours).

- Conversion rate (leadbooking) target: 20 - 35% (depending on campaign).

- Daily calls/follow-ups: 40 - 80 (mix of new + follow up).

- Weekly revenue/appointment quota.
