This full-time on-site role is located in the Pune Division. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, managing calls, building relationships with clients, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Your daily tasks will include answering customer inquiries, offering solutions, promoting Multyfi's services, and achieving set sales targets. You will work closely with the sales and support teams to meet client needs and drive the companys growth.

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients effectively
• Customer Service and Customer Support abilities to address inquiries and resolve concerns
• Sales expertise with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets and close deals
• Experience in delivering Training for new team members and staying updated with products and services

• A graduate degree and experience in the financial or investment industry is a plus
