Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 12 years of experience in telecalling or customer service (education sector preferred).

Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language and presentable /sometimes they to go to branches and counsel parents

Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.

Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM tools.

Ability to multitask, manage time, and stay organized.

Positive attitude, patience, and ability to handle parent concerns professionally.
