We're Hiring: Telesales Executive Full-Time | Immediate Joining

About the Role We're building a high-performance sales team and looking for someone who loves the thrill of closing a natural communicator who can turn a cold call into a warm conversation and a warm conversation into a deal.

What You'll Do

• Own your pipeline prospect, pitch, follow up, and close
• Make high-volume outbound calls to potential clients and clearly communicate our value proposition
• Qualify leads and pass hot prospects to the senior sales team
• Build and nurture relationships that drive repeat business
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and hit weekly/monthly targets

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year in telesales, telecalling, or inside sales (freshers with exceptional communication skills are welcome)
• A voice that builds trust fast confident, clear, and persuasive
• Rejection doesn't slow you down; it motivates you
• Basic familiarity with CRM tools or MS Office is a plus
• Fluency in English/Hindi preferred
