Telesales Representative

Location:Hyderabad (Work From Office)

Timings:10 AM 7 PM | Monday Saturday

We are looking for aTele Sales Representativewho will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their vehicle requirements, and converting enquiries intoverified test drive bookings and showroom appointments.

This role is critical in ensuringhigh-quality customer interaction and lead conversionfor AutoXperia.

Make outbound calls to qualified leads generated through digital campaigns

Understand customer requirements (budget, vehicle preference, purchase timeline)

Guide customers in selecting the right vehicle options

Booktest drives and showroom appointments

Verify customer details through structured conversations

Follow up with interested customers to ensure appointment completion

Maintain accurate data and call records in CRM

Coordinate with internal team and dealers for smooth appointment flow

Ensure high-quality lead qualification and customer experience

Good communication skills (Hindi & English mandatory, Telugu preferred)

Strong convincing and negotiation ability

Basic understanding of automobiles (preferred)

Ability to handle customer queries confidently

Target-oriented and result-driven mindset

Basic computer and CRM handling knowledge
