Job Description: Tele Caller

Key Responsibilities:

Handle outbound calls to potential students and clients.

Provide detailed information on study abroad programs, admission processes, and visa guidance.

Answer queries and resolve concerns regarding overseas education.

Assist in scheduling appointments and follow-ups with leads.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.

Collaborate with the marketing and counseling teams for smooth operations.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of overseas education programs (preferred).

Proficiency in English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure.

We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telecaller to engage with potential students and guide them toward career counseling sessions. The primary responsibility will be to call leads generated through digital campaigns and college databases, convince them to visit our office for counseling, and provide brief insights into overseas work opportunities.

Experience: 0-2 years in a similar role (fresherswelcome)
