Location: Andheri (East), Mumbai (On-site)

Salary: Up to 25,000 per month (based on experience + incentives, if applicable)

Experience: 12 years (preferred)

About the Role

Were hiring a Telesales Representative for our fast-growing e-commerce brand. Youll speak with inbound and outbound customers, understand their needs, recommend the right products, and close orders over calls/WhatsAppwhile ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Call customers (new leads + existing customers) to explain products and close sales
  • Handle inbound enquiries from website/ads/WhatsApp and convert them into orders
  • Share product details, offers, and order updates confidently and politely
  • Follow up with interested customers to improve conversions
  • Maintain basic records of calls, leads, and outcomes (Excel/Google Sheets/CRM)
  • Coordinate with the operations team for order confirmation, address checks, and delivery issues
  • Achieve daily/weekly sales targets and maintain call quality standards
Requirements
  • 12 years experience in telesales, inside sales, telecalling, or e-commerce sales (preferred)
  • Good communication skills in Hindi + English (Marathi is a plus)
  • Comfortable with calling, persuasion, and handling objections
  • Basic computer skills (WhatsApp Web, Excel/Sheets, order panels)
  • Positive attitude, discipline, and target-driven mindset
