Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele sales Representative located in NOIDA, India. The Tele sales Representative will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to promote sustainable cork products, understanding customer requirements, negotiating deals, and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction. The role includes maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and effectively presenting the features and benefits of various products.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and ensure client satisfaction
• Proficiency in Customer Support and resolving customer queries effectively
• Experience in Sales and negotiation to meet and exceed targets
• Ability to undergo and participate in Training to understand products and enhance skills
• Good problem-solving skills and a goal-oriented mindset
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM software or sales platforms is advantageous
