This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive located in the Pune Division. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for managing outbound calls, engaging potential clients, generating leads, providing customer support, and maintaining positive client relationships. Daily activities include identifying customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and driving sales conversions while achieving individual and team targets. This role involves collaborating with the sales team and contributing to business growth.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to build relationships and handle queries effectively.
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales techniques, and the ability to identify potential clients and close deals successfully.
• Experience in Customer Support and Interaction, focused on understanding and meeting client requirements.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and maintaining accurate sales records.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
• Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or related domains will be a plus.
