Working Hours

9:30 AM 6:30 PM

6 days working


Job Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers for instant personal loan offers (10,000 1,00,000)

Explain SwipeLoan products, eligibility, and loan process clearly

Convert leads into successful loan applications

Achieve daily call targets and monthly conversion goals

Follow up with interested customers to close sales

Update customer details and call status in CRM

Handle customer objections and basic loan-related queries

Coordinate with Team Leaders to meet targets


Key Requirements

Graduate (mandatory)

6 months 2 years experience in telesales / telecalling

Experience in loan / fintech / banking / insurance sales preferred

Strong communication skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage)

Comfortable with target-based sales environment

Immediate joiners preferred


Salary & Incentives

Fixed Salary: 15,000 20,000 per month

Incentives: Performance-based (Unlimited)
