Were looking for a telesales professional who knows how to command attention over a call, navigate objections without breaking stride, and convert curiosity into high-intent leads.
What Youll Own (Core Responsibilities)
Make high-volume outbound calls to potential buyers, brokers, and agencies sourced from our CRM and targeted campaigns.
Deliver a crisp, confident introduction of Propkee, highlighting our video-first experience and verified Dubai listings.
Qualify leads through structured discovery: intent, budget, timeline, preferred locations, and investment goals.
Book sales appointments for our internal Sales POCs and ensure smooth handovers.
Follow up with warm leads with precision - no lead goes cold on your watch.
Maintain accurate logs, call outcomes, and lead notes.
Share on-ground intelligence from conversations to help refine campaigns, communication, and buyer playbooks.
Uphold a premium experience on every call - tone, clarity, and speed matter.
What You Bring (Requirements)
1-4 years of telesales / inside-sales experience (real estate experience is a plus, not a must).
Strong command over English + Hindi; additional regional languages are an advantage.
Ability to think on your feet - rebuttals, objections, interruptions, you handle them like a seasoned mage.
High-energy, target-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
Comfortable with CRM tools, lead funnels, and structured calling workflows.
Excellent call closing skills: securing appointments, collecting details, nudging leads forward.
