Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Executive role located in Noida. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for communicating with clients over the phone, generating leads, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role will involve understanding client needs, promoting company property solutions, and achieving sales targets by building strong professional relationships with clients.
Qualifications

Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for engaging effectively with customers.
Proven abilities in Customer Service and Customer Support to ensure client satisfaction.
Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales to identify potential clients and close deals successfully.
Ability to work in a target-based environment with a results-oriented approach.
Self-motivation, time management, and a proactive attitude toward achieving goals.
Previous experience in sales or the real estate industry is an advantage.
