Job Description
Minimum Qualification - Graduation
Location - Delhi / NCR
Fresher with good verbal and written communication skills can apply.
Job Responsibilities :
- Handling both inbound and outbound calls
- Effective counselling of the student and the parents. Guiding the students according to their area of interest. Complete knowledge of the admission process
- Engaging the students, their parents and MSF members, for coming up with a solution, if the student faces some issue, together help the student
- Regular follow ups and Daily update of enquiry list with remarks and ensure student conversion. Centre tour to prospective students and parents
- Help in conducting activities in and outside the office premises related to student enrollment
- Maintain records on a regular basis. Proper filing and documentation of the enrolled candidates
- Share reports as per agreed TAT
- Error free data, ensure correctness of the records
- Ensure front desk is tidy; timely availability of all necessary stationery and material to the faculty
- First point of contact for all student and parents grievances, interactions & any issues. Attending queries and escalating it to concerned department.
- Taking care of all the external correspondence - couriers, calls, e-mails in consultation with Enrolment Lead and Centre Manager.
- Giving prior information to the students for fee collection. Follow up of fee on regular basis as per the policy and update to Center Manager in case of default
