Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Tele-Sales Executive to drive our Lead funnel. You will be responsible for handling Inbound Leads generated from digital campaigns and organic sources, as well as conducting Outbound Calls to generate new opportunities, re- engage dormant leads .


Key Responsibilities

  1. Inbound Lead Management
  • Inquiry Handling: Act as the first point of contact for leads coming from Facebook, Google Ads, the company website, chatbots and direct incoming calls.
  • Needs Assessment: uickly identify the customers requirement (TMT Project/Retail, quantity, delivery location) and timeline.
  • Lead assignment: Filter and qualify inquiries before assigning them to the appropriate Field Sales Executive based on territory.
  1. Outbound Sales G Prospecting
  • Cold Calling G Database Mining: Proactively call potential databases of Architects, Engineers, Contractors, and Masons to introduce SEL Tiger TMT and generate interest.
  • Re-Engagement: Call dormant or "lost" leads to check if their requirement has reactivated or if they have upcoming projects.
  • Feedback Calls: Conduct outbound calls to recent customers to gather post- purchase feedback
  1. Lead Funnel G Conversion Tracking
  • End-to-End Follow-up:
  • Customer Side: Follow up to ensure they received a call/visit from our sales team.
  • Master Sheet Management: rigorously update the Master Lead Sheet daily.
  • Status Updates: Track every lead until it is marked as "Closed /Won" (Sold) or "Closed Lost" (with a specific reason, e.g., Rate Issue, Competitor).


  1. Reporting
  • Provide daily/weekly reports on:
  • Lead Funnel MIS
  • Total Outbound Calls made vs. Connected.
  • Feedback Reports
  • Requirements G ualifications


    • Education: Graduate preferred.
    • Experience: 13 years in Tele-sales or Inside Sales. Experience in Construction, TMT, or Cement industries is highly valued.
    • Skills:
    • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills (crucial for Outbound).
    • Patience and empathy (crucial for Inbound).
    • Proficiency in MS Excel/ Google Sheets for data tracking.


    • Language: Fluent in Hindi, English, and Bengali .
