Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive located in Gandhinagar. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for contacting prospective and existing customers, generating leads, and managing sales through effective communication. Additional tasks include providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer queries, and building strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. The role requires proactive engagement and the ability to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support
• Experience in Lead Generation and Sales processes
• Ability to work independently while maintaining performance goals
• Problem-solving skills and an ability to adapt to customer needs
• Previous experience in telesales or related roles is an advantage
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity
