Telesales Executive -Freshers(Hindi)

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers in Hindi.
• Explain product/service features and benefits clearly and confidently.
• Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Follow up with interested prospects and ensure timely conversions.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams for smooth operations.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi (mandatory).
• Previous telesales or customer service experience preferred.
• Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
