Role Overview

The Sales Qualifier is responsible for handling all incoming leads, qualifying them accurately, and scheduling appointments for senior travel experts who will close the deals. This role focuses on speed, clarity, and quality handover , ensuring that only well-qualified leads move forward in the sales process.

This is a structured, process-driven role with clear ownership and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads and calls within defined timelines
• Conduct structured introductory outbound calls to fresh leads and ask qualifying questions
• Handle basic resistance and follow-up conversations
• Schedule appointments with travel experts based on availability
• Manage re-attempts and no-show follow-ups
• Respond to incoming messages across WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and Meta Ads
• Maintain accurate CRM updates, tagging, and call notes

Requirements

• 13 years of experience in sales lead qualification or low ticket selling
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi
• High attention to detail and process discipline
• Comfortable handling multiple conversations across channels
