Telesales Executive

As a Tele-Sales Executive, you will be the voice of our brand and support our expansion across Indias dynamic food ecosystem.

Also, you will be the first point of contact for potential restaurant partners. You will engage with leads, understand their requirements, and clearly communicate the value Dil Foods brings. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships and converting conversations into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with inbound leads from platforms such as social media, IndiaMART, and Justdial, and qualify them effectively.
• Reach out to restaurant partners via phone and present Dil Foods value proposition in a clear and compelling manner.
• Onboard restaurant partners directly over the phone where applicable.
• Schedule and confirm meetings for the Business Development team across multiple cities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, including lead details, conversations, and outcomes.
• Work closely with the Business Development team to ensure smooth partner onboarding.
• Share feedback on lead quality and platform performance to support continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 12 years of experience in telesales, pre-sales, or lead management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Fluency in Hindi and English (additional languages are an advantage).
