Job Description

We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our growing team at Creature Industry. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our products, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales leads.
• Explain company products and services clearly to customers.
• Follow up with interested customers and convert them into sales.
• Maintain customer records and update call details.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• 13 years of experience in Telesales / Telecalling / Sales (preferred).
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of computers and CRM tools.
• Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
