Euler SS Motors (Authorized Dealer for Euler Motors) is hiring a confident and customer-focused Telecaller with minimum 2 years of experience for our Automobile / EV operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound & outbound customer calls
• Explain vehicle details, offers & service information
• Collect Post Sales Feedback (PSF) from customers
• Collect Post Service Feedback (PSF) and update records
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain call logs, feedback reports & CRM updates
• Coordinate with sales & service teams for issue resolution

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 year's experience as a Telecaller / Telesales Executive
• Experience in Automobile / EV industry preferred
• Strong communication skills (Tamil mandatory; English preferred)
• Polite, patient & customer-oriented approach
• Basic CRM / system knowledge is an advantage
• Location: Coimbatore
