Telesales Executive

We're Hiring: Telecaller

Are you an excellent communicator with a passion for sales and customer engagement? Join our team as a Telecaller and take the next step in your career!

Job Role & Responsibilities:

Cold Calling: Engage with potential leads received from our database.

Lead Conversion: Convince prospects about our services and convert them into interested clients.

Follow-ups: Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to nurture relationships.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate call records and update the CRM with lead status.

Target-Oriented: Work towards achieving monthly sales and lead conversion targets.

What Were Looking For:

Excellent communication skills (Hindi, Bengali & English preferred)

Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.

Confident, proactive & persuasive personality.

Ability to handle rejections and continue follow-ups.

Experience in telesales or a similar role is a plus.
