Role Summary

Were recruiting motivated Telesales Executives to sell online learning services for a modern EdTech platform, including High Ticket and Low Ticket courses. Youll engage interested candidates (warm enquiries) and match course options to their goals through structured, compliant sales conversations. Ideal for target-driven self-starters who want performance-based earnings and clear progression.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to warm, interested candidates; qualify needs and recommend the right High ticket/Low ticket courses.
  • Present course features (delivery mode, duration, support, assessments) clearly and accurately; no misleading claims.
  • Overcome objections, close enrollments, and meet weekly/monthly targets.
  • Log calls, outcomes, and follow-ups in the clients CRM; maintain complete, accurate records.
  • Uphold all quality, privacy (GDPR), and consumer-protection standards for distance selling.
  • Proactively suggest bundles/upsells where appropriate to maximise value for learners.


Required Qualifications

  • Clear, engaging telephone communication in English with a confident close.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable working to targets.
  • Ability to work remotely (reliable internet and quiet workspace).
  • Basic digital literacy (CRM usage, email, call notes).
  • Prior telesales or customer-facing sales experience is advantageous but not essential.


Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Experience selling education, training, or subscription services.
  • Familiarity with CRM pipelines, lead prioritisation, and sales KPIs.
  • Understanding of common learner objections (time, cost, accreditation) and ethical resolution.

Job Details

Job Type: Self-employed/contract, commission-only.

Schedule: Flexible hours (availability during UK business hours recommended)

Compensation: Commission per enrollment; no guaranteed salary or hourly pay. Full commission plan discussed during interviews.

Tools: Laptop/PC, phone, and reliable internet required; CRM access provided, calling software provided.
