Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Executive B2B SaaS role based in Hyderabad. The role involves prospecting and generating leads, managing and nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets for ZocialOnes innovative AI platform. Daily tasks include reaching out to potential clients, conducting sales presentations, providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and identifying opportunities to meet customer needs and drive growth. We are hiring high-energy tele-sales professionals to convert hot and sales-ready leads into paid SaaS subscriptions. Leads are pre-qualified and product-engaged. Your role is to close, not cold hunt.


Max CTC: 3 LPA, 25K Month

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with all hot leads on calls/WhatsApp

- Understand business pain points and position product ROI

- Convert free trial users into paid subscriptions

- Handle objections confidently

- Maintain CRM hygiene and daily activity reporting

- Achieve monthly revenue targets

Mandatory Qualifications (Filter Criteria)

- Minimum 1 year experience in B2B sales (SaaS preferred)

- Proven track record of monthly targets (ask for numbers)

- Comfortable speaking to business owners/founders

- Strong objection-handling skills

- Experience converting trial paid is a big plus

- Fluent in English + Hindi (Telugu preferred for local MSMEs)
