Telephony Developer – Asterisk AGI, LAMP, Cloud

Location: Gurgaon (Onsite) | Immediate Joiner | Full-Time

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Telephony Developer with expertise in Asterisk AGI, LAMP stack,

and Cloud technologies, along with a proven track record of building cloud-based contact

center solutions. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain telephony systems

that integrate seamlessly with various applications and services.

Key Responsibilities

Asterisk AGI Development: Build and maintain custom AGI scripts to enhance

telephony functionalities, call routing, and system integrations.

LAMP Stack Development: Utilize Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP to develop robust

and scalable telephony applications.

Cloud Integration: Design and implement telephony solutions leveraging cloud

technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) for seamless integration with contact center

platforms.

API Integration: Integrate telephony systems with other applications/services

through well-defined APIs to optimize performance and functionality.

System Maintenance: Conduct regular updates, maintenance, and troubleshooting

of telephony systems to ensure reliability and uptime.

Collaboration: Partner with software developers, system administrators, and

support teams to achieve project goals and deliver quality solutions.

Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for systems, APIs, and

integrations to support future development.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a
• related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Telephony Developer with proven
• expertise in Asterisk AGI and LAMP stack.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Asterisk, AGI scripting, and telephony protocols.
• Strong understanding of Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with API development and integration.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
