About the Role

We are looking for energetic and confident individuals who enjoy speaking with people and working with business information. This role involves connecting with companies, understanding their requirements, and supporting our sales team by maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

Call companies and introduce our logistics services

Generate new business leads through calling and online research

Maintain and update customer data in company systems

Follow up with clients and schedule meetings for the sales team

Maintain proper records of calls and interactions

Support daily business coordination activities

Data Entry and Coordination with the overseas team.

Skills Required

Good spoken English

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, data entry, internet research)

Confidence in speaking with new people over the phone

Good listening and communication skills

Organized and detail-oriented approach

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Freshers are welcome

Candidates with telecalling or customer service experience will be at an advantage
