Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Telemarketer for a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The Telemarketer will be responsible for engaging with potential clients to promote our products and services, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. Day-to-day tasks will include making outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and contributing to sales targets through effective communication and persuasion.

• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Sales capabilities
• Experience with Appointment Scheduling and related organizational skills
• Confidence, a persuasive demeanor, and a results-driven approach
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, on-site environment
• Prior experience in telemarketing or customer-facing roles is a plus
• Fluency in English and additional regional languages is an advantage
