Responsibilities

• Direct Counseling: Advise prospective students and parents about courses, eligibility, and career prospects at Poornima University.
• Lead Conversion: Convert enquiries into admissions through consistent follow-ups and persuasive communication.
• ERP Management: Maintain and update the complete student lifecycle and lead status accurately in the University ERP system.
• Documentation: Guide students through the online application process and help them verify their documents.
• Target Achievement: Meet monthly enrollment goals in a fast-paced and exciting environment.

Qualifications

• Experience: 02 years (Freshers with great communication skills are welcome to apply).
• Education: Graduate in any stream.

Required Skills

• Tech Skills: Basic knowledge of computers and comfort using ERP or CRM software.
• Communication: Clear and friendly verbal skills in English and Hindi.

Preferred Skills

• Friendly and helpful attitude toward students and parents.
• A proactive, creative, and "can-do" approach to work.
• Ability to work well within a team to help the university grow.
