• Make outbound calls to prospective customers
• Explain product features and benefits clearly
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
• Follow up on leads and enquiries
• Coordinate with the sales team for conversions
• Share product information via WhatsApp or email when required

• Good verbal communication skills (Hindi, Gujarati or English)
