A Day in the Life

About the Role: This role will focus on managing telecom orders, invoices, and wireline inventory while ensuring accurate billing and vendor accountability. The successful candidate will combine strong analytical skills with hands-on telecom operations expertise to drive efficiency and cost optimization. Key role in managing our telecom services lifecycle

Job Description: • Process and manage telecom orders, focusing on wireline services. • Review and approve invoices while ensuring billing accuracy. • Maintain and reconcile telecom and wireline inventory. • Work closely with vendors to resolve disputes and improve service delivery. • Partner with internal teams across finance, procurement, IT, and operations. • Prepare reports and presentations to highlight cost and usage trends.

•Manage and optimize telecom expenses, including data circuits and mobile services

•Monitor and report on telecom expenses, usage trends, and cost-saving initiatives

•Review contracts and pricing implementation with telecom vendors to ensure cost-effective services Required Skills: •Proven experience in telecom expense management or telecom operations.

•Strong skills in Excel (must-have). • Experience with telecom expense management, billing, and wireline operations. • Knowledge of BI queries and PowerPoint (nice-to-have). • Great communication and teamwork skills. • Ability to analyze billing data and recommend cost savings.


Experience:

•Bachelor’s degree

• 3+ years in Telecom Expense Management, Telecom Operations, or Vendor Management.
