Telecalling Executive – Travel & Tourism (B2B)

Roam Vistta Travel is a Destination Management Company (DMC) working on a B2B model, providing travel services and destination solutions to travel agents and overseas partners. We are expanding our team and looking for a Telecalling Executive to join our Surat office.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to travel services
• Explain tours, packages, and travel offerings to agents and customers
• Follow up on inquiries and support conversions
• Coordinate with the sales and operations team
• Maintain call records and customer details

• Candidates with prior experience in travel, tourism, or DMC companies
• Experience in telecalling or customer handling is mandatory
• Good communication skills in English & Hindi
• Basic knowledge of computers, email, and MS Office
• Candidates willing to work full-time from office
