Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a TeleCalling Executive in the real estate sector. Responsibilities include contacting potential buyers and sellers, understanding their requirements, and providing information about property listings. The role also involves managing and maintaining client relationships, coordinating site visits, and assisting in negotiations to finalize transactions.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and telephone etiquette skills
  • Customer relationship management and client interaction experience
  • Sales and negotiation skills to facilitate property deals
  • Basic understanding of the real estate market and trends
  • Proficiency in using customer management software and basic computer skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a target-driven environment
  • Fluency in local languages and English is an advantage
  • Prior experience in sales, real estate, or telecalling roles is preferred
  • A graduate degree or equivalent qualification is desirable
