Role Description

• Contact potential participants, exhibitors, and sponsors to promote our upcoming events
• Explain event details, including themes, speakers, and value propositions, to prospective attendees
• Build and maintain a database of leads, ensuring accurate records of communication
• Handle inquiries and provide excellent customer service to clients.
• Achieve daily/weekly call and recruitment targets
• Ability to build support and establish trust with potential customers
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive and results-oriented mindset
• Ability to effectively handle objections and rejection

Qualifications

Ability to communicate in Hindi and English

Prior telecalling or customer service experience preferred but not mandatory.

Strong persuasive skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.

Basic computer skills, including MS Office
