The Role

We are seeking a Telecalling Associate Intern to help us connect with our customer base. This is not a typical high-pressure sales role; it is a relationship and research-focused position. You will be the voice of BabyBillion, reaching out to customers to understand their needs, gather demographics, and collect valuable feedback.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Outreach: Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential customers residing primarily in Tier 3 cities in India.
• Market Research: Engage customers in conversation to gather specific demographic data and understand their purchasing behaviors and needs.
• Feedback Collection: Listen actively to customer experiences, noting down feedback, complaints, or suggestions with empathy and accuracy.
• Data Entry: Accurately record call summaries and customer details in our internal database/CRM.
• Relationship Building: maintain a warm, professional, and trustworthy tone that represents the BabyBillion brand values.

What We Are Looking For

1. Language Proficiency (Crucial):

• Fluent Hindi is mandatory. You must be able to speak clearly, politely, and effectively.
• Ability to connect with customers from Tier 3 cities is essential. We are looking for a dialect and tone that is relatable, respectful, and free of overly complex corporate jargon.

2. Professional Experience:

• Preferred Background: Previous experience as a Preschool Teacher, Elementary School Teacher, or in a role involving regular interaction with parents.
• Career Restarters: We warmly welcome candidates looking to return to the workforce after a break.
• Excellent listening skills and high levels of patience (skills you likely honed in the classroom!).

3. Soft Skills:

• Empathetic nature: Ability to understand the customer's perspective.
• Confidence in speaking over the phone.
• Discipline to work independently in a remote setting.

Technical Requirements

• A quiet workspace free from background noise.
• A working laptop/desktop and a stable internet connection.
• Basic computer literacy (typing, using Google Sheets/Excel).
