Job Summary :
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Tele-callers / Junior Counsellors to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing them with accurate information about courses, eligibility, and college life. The role involves building relationships with potential students, nurturing leads, and meeting enrollment targets to contribute to the colleges growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Counselling and Guidance :
oProvide accurate information about the colleges courses, admission procedures, and scholarship opportunities.
oCounsel students and parents/ guardians about admission requirements, fees, and other related queries.
Lead Management :
oRespond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings promptly.
oManage leads through CRM systems and ensure follow-ups are completed effectively.
oConvert potential leads to applications by providing a personalized experience.
Relationship Building :
oDevelop relationships with students, parents/ guardians to encourage interest in the college.
oRepresent the college at education fairs, open houses, and school visits to increase brand visibility and interest.
Application Assistance :
oAssist students throughout the application process, including documentation and form completion.
oCoordinate with internal teams for the timely processing of applications and offer letters.
Outreach Activities :
oParticipate in webinars, seminars, and other promotional activities to engage with prospective students.
oAssist with organizing and conducting campus tours and information sessions.
Data and Reporting :
oMaintain records of student inquiries and applications.
oPrepare regular reports to track progress towards enrollment targets.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
oBachelors degree in any discipline.
o1-3 years of experience in admissions, sales, or customer service (experience in the education sector preferred).
oExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
oShould be fluent in English, Kannada, Hindi and regional languages (preferred).
oAbility to work independently and as part of a team.
oStrong organizational skills with attention to detail.
oProficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
