Job Description
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for Telecallers in Edtech sales, located in Kurnool. The Telecallers will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, communicating product information, identifying customer needs, and providing appropriate solutions. The role includes managing customer inquiries, following up on leads, and building and maintaining positive client relationships to achieve sales targets. Collaboration with the sales team and providing feedback to improve strategies will also be part of the daily tasks.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients
- Persuasive speaking, negotiation, and active listening abilities
- Basic knowledge of Edtech products and services or a willingness to learn
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales software
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Previous experience in sales, telecalling, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory
- Fluency in the local language and proficiency in English will be an added advantage
