Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Telecaller for our staffing agency to handle candidate and client calls, explain job opportunities, and support the recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and experience in telecalling or recruitment support.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to candidates regarding job openings
• Handle inbound calls from candidates and clients
• Explain job roles, requirements, salary, and work locations clearly
• Screen candidates over the phone and shortlist suitable profiles
• Schedule interviews and conduct follow-ups
• Coordinate with recruiters and clients for hiring updates
• Maintain accurate records of calls and candidate details
• Meet daily calling and follow-up targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Graduation
• At least 1 year of telecalling or recruitment-related experience
• Good communication skills
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
• Ability to handle high call volumes
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
