Position: Telecaller

Location: VIBGYOR High Hennur (Blessing Garden Layout)

Note: This is a contractual role for 3 months, requiring 6 days a week, 8 hours per day. Female candidates preferred.

Salary: 18,000 to 20,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Telecaller to join our admissions team. The candidate will be responsible for handling both outbound and inbound calls, engaging with prospective parents, and contributing to enrolment growth through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Connect with prospective parents to introduce and promote the schools offerings.
• Inbound Handling: Address queries and provide accurate information regarding admissions and programs.
• Data Management: Maintain detailed records of interactions, feedback, and follow-ups in the system.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the admissions team to enhance outreach strategies and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in any discipline
• Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred
• Basic proficiency in computer applications

Skills Required

• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to handle objections and rejections effectively
• Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities
